By accessing or using the services provided by VentureLance Atelier ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform, enrolling in courses, or purchasing materials related to elite drywall craft and site installation mastery.

1. User Obligations

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or make purchases. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Users shall not use the services for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our platform. Commercial use of course materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to videos, manuals, techniques, diagrams, and branding, is the exclusive property of VentureLance Atelier and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express written permission from us.

Any user-generated submissions (for example, project photos or testimonials) grant us a non-exclusive license to use them for promotional purposes.

3. Payments and Billing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and approved payment processors. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all fees incurred. Recurring subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 30 days prior to renewal.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Digital courses and downloadable materials are non-refundable once accessed. Physical product returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if items remain unopened and in original condition. To request a refund or cancellation, contact [email protected] with your order number. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from course completion or installation projects. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VentureLance Atelier shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Significant updates will be communicated via email or site notification.
